Bible Commentary: The Bible and Heaven Oct 10th 2011, 15:00 If salvation is necessary or desirable, and if that you have lived in a way to deserve salvation, and/or assuming that anyone is saved at all, the question we have to ask is: saved for what? What is it that all those happily 'saved' people are supposed to get, anyway? Curiously, the Bible isn't too specific on that point - why not?
