Christmas: Religious or Secular? Nov 30th 2011, 15:00 Americans everywhere look forward to getting a day off from work on December 25, the day traditionally (and erroneously) celebrated as the birth day of Jesus Christ, savior for all Christians. What's wrong with that? Nothing, really - except perhaps for the fact that it's a holiday which is legally recognized/mandated by our government.
